Ecco in arrivo i Robocop Kraus 2 date a Marzo, il 24 al Jailbreack di Roma e il 25 al Vidia di Cesena. Gli 80 vivono ancora!! Sound elettro pop che non disdegna mai la voglia rock, per chi si è stancato del ciclone televisivo delle ultime bands inglesi e vuole ballare ancora sull'onda dell'orgoglio anni 80. Usciti a giugno con il loro quinto full length "They Think They Are the Robocop Kraus" in casa Epitaph e prodotti da Pelle Gunnerfeldt già al lavoro con International Noise Cospiracy e The Hives, colpiscono in pieno e vi faranno ballare.Dalla Germania con giacca e cravatta per rivisitare i vecchi moods, in quello stile vintage che sempre più spesso si riscopre. Hanno diviso il palco con i sempre più affermati Franz Ferdinand in alcune date del loro ultimo tour europeo. Sfoderate la cravatta e i pantaloni attillati che è giunto il momento di vivere la notte dei Robocop Kraus.

Genetiks "I saw you in the playground - Let me see what you can do" Let's not get into bed with false modesty - The GENETIKS from Nuremberg are the best thing that could have happened to the German post-punk scene. Held together by singer Maik and keyboarder Anselm through turbulent years with changing line-ups, they have now delivered a modern classic in the form of their new CD "bitte zuruecktreten" (please stand back). This band is a full-blown hard-to-pin-down phenomenon: The GENETIKS are those guys in the corner no one seems to want to know. The beam in your own eye while you were decrying the mote in your brother's. The sort of people who really won't fit into a fashionable pigeonhole and who genuinely couldn't care less At last a band with depth, a band who can play and who don't need to rely on a comic turn on stage to distract from their mediocrity. Precision drumming, driving bass, sepulchral keyboard sounds and walls of noise from the guitar! DAF have appeared from the early 80s for a visit. Washington DC's GIRLS AGAINST BOYS and FUGAZI have left their calling cards. And wasn't there a band called EA80 who created a similarly oppressive atmosphere? If that wasn't enough: Those awesome lyrics. The GENTIKS are finally a band brave enough to be misunderstood. The lyric sheet helps, but a niggling doubt remains that you've missed something, that words are being used beyond your comfort zone, that stories are being told that you didn't really want to hear in that much detail. Lines like "This town is so hip, too much serious music" are like a slap in the face. What do they mean? Is it irony? Are they serious? Probably even the GENETIKS couldn't tell you for sure. This band is both deadly serious and ludicrous. And they sing about sex without reverting to ribaldry. This particular combination of contradictions has rarely been seen in Germany, perhaps in TREND or the GOLDENEN ZITRONEN. "bitte zuruecktreten" (please stand back) was recorded at the Lonestar Studios (home of THE ROBOCOP KRAUSS, AMEN 81, HIDALGO). And is just a hint of the inferno that this band will unleash live.

Tony Hadley è il cantante degli indimenticabili Spandau Ballet, gli eterni rivali dei Duran Duran negli anni '80. Dopo l¹inaspettato scioglimento della band nel 1988, subito dopo la fortunatissima raccolta di singoli, tra cui lo storico "Through the barricades", Tony è l'unico a rimanere nell¹ambiente della musica ed è tutt¹ora impegnato come artista solista mentre i fratelli Kemp si dedicano al cinema. Vederlo oggi dal vivo significa gustare i grandi successi che hanno contraddistinto l'epoca del "new pop" e riascoltare una delle più belle voci che hanno segnato gli anni 80 indelebilmente impressa nella memoria di un¹intera generazione.

Buattitime born in Ravenna, Italy in 2003 with the purpose of create music mixing all our favourite styles, a blend of britpop, electronic, punk, hardcore. Thanks to the support of local radios and djs, and a good live attitude our fanbase is growing fast, so we decided to focus all our strenght in the making of our self-produced first album, stay tuned!!!

MAINLINE
INNER SICKNESS CORE from Turin-Italy starts with Mainline on 1999. The first cd-ep is the so called NEURASTHENIC produced by Mainline and Danny Giordana (sound engineer live with HATEBREED/BIOHAZARD...) in 2003, an anestetic nu-metal fist including influences from Tool to Fear Factory and from modern heavy metal such as Chimaira and Killswitch Engage. The great response by specialized press all over Europe thanx to the collaboration with HARDEBARAN agency drive Mainline to upcoming bills in the last part of 2004. Important playlists in all the most important Radio Shows in northern Europe, above all Holland, but an hammer promotion was made in Italy including "One by One" in a 10.000 copies sampler produced by ROCK HARD (Metal press) and "Distress" in a national distribuited compilation with the whole Akom Production rooster. On july Mainline get the booking promotion & management from BREED AGENCY. In February 2005 Mainline is the selected band supporting metalcore roadrunner CALIBAN, and on june 2005 Mainline is the open act for DILLINGER ESCAPE PLAN @Chicobum fest. Actually the band is working for the debut album produced by Ettore Rigotti from Disarmonia Mundi and Mainline. "The Italian metal scene is very varying. Some bands are just fucking around and are giving us worthless shit, but there are also bands that are capable of making some great music and that are overruling the average level of the music in Italy. Mainline is one of these bands and they surprised me with this demo. The production is great and the songs are even better. " from Lords of Metal.

OPHYDIAN
Gli ophydian si sono formati a Torino nella primavera del 2000, la voglia di suonare insieme e l'affiatamento dei componenti consolidano la formazione rendendola duratura negli anni. L'obiettivo iniziale era quello di creare pezzi di stampo thrash/heavy; dopo un breve periodo di gestazione nasce il primo demo cd autoprodotto, Into the Dark Again: primi segnali di un sound che stava maturando in maniera rapida. I mesi a seguire sono caratterizzati da una quantità consistente di show che portano il gruppo ad assumere maggiore dimestichezza in ambito live; intanto proseguono i lavori di composizione della seconda fatica sotto marchio Ophydian: Modulation Silence. Questo diventa il primo vero biglietto da visita della band e funge da apripista per numerosi concorsi nazionali aiutando notevolmente l'incremento dell'attività live nella propria città e nel nord Italia. Il periodo che segue è accompagnato da ottime recensione (Lethewarden 9/10, Metalmaniacs 8/10...), commenti positivi ed entusiasmanti interviste su numerosi giornali locali. Alle soglie del 2004 il sound della band si affina, si fa più variegato, comincino ad apparire inserti elettronici e momenti maggiormente atmosferici che creano un nuovo slancio dinamico e moderno. Sub Version è frutto di un'apertura a 360° da parte dei componenti verso la composizione, l'arrangiamento e la cura dei suoni, e grazie a questo particolare approccio si denota, nei tre pezzi del demo, la volontà da parte dei 4 ragazzi di dire qualcosa di nuovo e veramente personale all'interno di un genere non sempre propenso all'evoluzione. Quest'ultima creazione porta i suoi frutti consolidando tutto quello per cui gli Ophydian hanno lavorato in questi anni; gli articoli su testate giornalistiche nazionali e regionali (La Stampa, Secolo Decimonono, La Nuova) e le recensioni (HMP 4/5, Noize 7/10) diventano sempre più lusinghiere, le apparizioni su Rock FM e Rock TV (Distortion 2Days 2004 con Guilty Method) donano grande visibilità alla band che giunge nell'estate del 2004 a condividere il palco con i Linea 77 (Numb Tour) aprendo per il loro concerto al Colonia Sonora, uno dei più grandi festival estivi italiani. Man mano che il tempo passa le soddisfazioni condiscono in maniera pesante il percorso dei 4 ragazzi che si trovano nell'estate del 2005 pronti a sfornare il loro primo vero e proprio full lenght, The Perfect Symbiosis, che li impegna in un enorme tour de force di cinque mesi. Questa terza fase di maturazione cela al proprio interno i chiari tratti di una tensione artistica che mira ad un sound ancora più dinamico e sempre più disposto all'assorbimento di nuove soluzioni stilistiche
